Italy - A Honeymoon Tour

After my wife and I got married, we took a quick get away to Disney because why not... but then took our real honeymoon over Valentine's Day to what quickly became one of my favorite places in the world. Everything people hype Italy up to be is justified. The people, the culture, the food, the walkability, the architecture, you name it and it's top notch. We spent a few days in Rome before heading to Florence. From Florence we went to my now favorite city, Venice. It's a remarkable city, where every two steps is another place to get the best food you'll ever eat and an Aperol spritz. I had a rule not to go to the same place twice (until I met my wife, now I want to experience everything with her again), but Venice is one place I can see myself going back to at some point. Just an amazing place to visit.
